Business Development & Outreach Virtual Assistant

About the role

This remote position supports a UK‑based public speaker, PR strategist and marketing expert by generating new business opportunities and expanding the personal brand. The virtual assistant will work independently, handling outreach, lead generation and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call prospects and conduct outbound prospecting
• Generate leads, build and maintain a prospect database
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Manage CRM pipelines and track progress
• Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Research businesses, schools, public‑sector organisations and speaking opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or business development
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Self‑motivated and able to work remotely without supervision
• Professional and confident telephone manner

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Pipedrive
