Branch Manager – Kadoma Northgate

About the role

You will own the full operation of a Hungry Lion branch in Kadoma Northgate, overseeing people, product and performance. This is a hands‑on management position where you are responsible for cash, stock and team scheduling to keep the branch running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Hungry Lion branch, ensuring high standards of people, product and performance.
• Build and manage staff schedules so the right people are on the floor at the right time.
• Order stock, check deliveries and prevent waste or stock‑outs during shifts.
• Count, reconcile and bank cash daily, maintaining accurate till balances.
• Achieve targets for speed, quality and waste without prompting.
• Handle customer issues directly and set the service standard for the team.

Required profile

• O’Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a QSR or fast‑food environment.
• Proven experience with cash management, daily banking and till reconciliation.
• Hands‑on experience with stock control.
• Experience creating and adjusting staff rosters to match floor demand.
• Described by previous teams as firm but fair.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Reliable transport to the store.
