Airport Shuttle Driver – Customer Service Focus

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused Airport Shuttle Driver to transport passengers safely between the airport and our facilities while providing a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a smile and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
• Transport passengers to and from the airport following assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, well‑kept shuttle vehicle and perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, damages, and customer complaints promptly to management.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and provide information on shuttle schedules, rates, and reservations.
• Assist valet attendants and keep the customer waiting area tidy.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, safety protocols, and SOPs.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• State‑certified DOT driver’s certificate for airport shuttle operation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Strong customer service attitude and proficiency in English.
