Accounting Attachee (Finance Internship)

About the role

This 6–12 month industrial attachment offers a university student practical exposure to accounting, finance and business operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will support the Finance Department in daily tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in core financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Help with cash management, filing and financial record keeping.
• Prepare and organise accounting documentation and schedules.
• Capture financial data into the company’s accounting system.
• Assist with procurement, inventory and other finance‑related administrative duties.
• Support month‑end reporting and other departmental activities.
• Perform any other reasonable finance and administration duties assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• Eligible for a 6–12 month industrial attachment as required by your institution.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and able to work both independently and within a team.
