Tech Sales Executive (Remote – Zimbabwe)

About the role

BagginsHQ is seeking a Tech Sales Executive to join its growing remote sales team. You will work within an established sales structure, prospecting and converting business opportunities into verified revenue for the company’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers via calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, qualifying needs and recommending appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present products and services professionally, manage both self‑generated and company‑provided leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Support customer retention, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling while collaborating with the Head of Sales and other departments.
• Achieve individual verified revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets.

Required profile

• Strong ability to prospect and generate new business independently.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, responsiveness and accountability in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in technology sales, SaaS, B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
