Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) – U.S. Market

About the role

Deal Flow Empire is expanding its outbound sales team and seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to drive new business in the U.S. market. You will work remotely from Zimbabwe during U.S. business hours, prospecting high‑volume leads and booking qualified meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target U.S. companies and decision‑makers.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Cold‑call business owners, executives and stakeholders, handling objections confidently.
• Qualify prospects against Deal Flow Empire’s criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs and provide market feedback.
• Test new scripts, sequences and outreach strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.

Required profile

• Proven BDR/SDR or outbound B2B sales experience with a strong cold‑calling track record.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable speaking with U.S. executives.
• Self‑motivated, independent and accountable to measurable KPIs.
• Reliable computer setup, primary and backup internet, and power solution.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours consistently.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $800–$1,200 USD per month.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of $2,000–$3,000+ USD per month, uncapped.
