Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market

About the role

Deal Flow Empire is expanding its outbound sales team and seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to drive new‑business acquisition for U.S. clients. This full‑time, remote position works during U.S. business hours and focuses on high‑volume prospecting, qualification, and meeting booking.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach to U.S. companies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists, identifying key decision‑makers.
• Cold‑call business owners and executives, handle objections, and qualify opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Track activity, conversion rates, and KPIs; provide feedback to refine messaging and strategy.
• Test new scripts, sequences, and industry approaches.

Required profile

• Proven BDR/SDR or outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong cold‑calling and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and executives.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and accountable to measurable KPIs.
• Reliable computer, primary and backup internet connections, and backup power solution.
• Availability to work consistent U.S. business hours.
