Sales Representative – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Belgravia Medicals, a growing healthcare solutions provider in Zimbabwe, is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to expand its customer base and promote a wide range of medical supplies, equipment and services. The role involves prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and NGOs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for medical products and services.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and prepare quotations.
• Close sales, process orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Provide onboarding and after‑sales support to customers.
• Grow existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum of five O‑Level passes including English and Mathematics.
• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare products.
• Professional, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
