Sales & Marketing Specialist Internship

About the role

Frontier Axis Research is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist intern to join its Harare office. You will help promote equity research reports and market analysis services to institutional and individual clients, gaining hands‑on experience in a research‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales outreach by generating leads and following up with prospects.
• Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and client briefs.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients, answering basic queries and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate client presentations, trainings, and briefings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or contact‑tracking tools.
• Assist with basic market research to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate with strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Interest in business, marketing, economics, finance, or international relations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Harare, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated integrity, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced analytical setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience creating presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides).
• Familiarity with CRM or contact‑tracking tools (preferred but not mandatory).
