Safari Guide

About the role

The Safari Guide will lead safari activities for guests at the Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel, ensuring memorable experiences and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safari activities and be available for all game drives and standby duties as directed.
• Follow all procedures for maintaining the overall operation of the guides and Safari department.
• Perform guide functions according to the standards of National Parks and Wildlife Management.
• Report any guest complaints to the Head Guide promptly.
• Maintain full uniform, high personal hygiene, and ensure the assigned safari vehicle is clean and inspected weekly.
• Report any defects on operating equipment to the Senior Guide.
• Work sustainably and follow approved company and property sustainability practices.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with company policies.
• Assist other departments and perform additional tasks as required by management.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
