About the role

The Rainbow Tourism Group is seeking two enthusiastic Restaurant Cashiers to join the team at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering smooth service and accurate financial handling in a busy dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area promptly for service.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle cash and sales transactions, maintaining precise records.
• Perform daily bill reconciliations and post bills correctly after each shift.
• Collect guest feedback and promote service excellence.

Required profile

• Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in a similar cashier role.
• Strong planning, customer care, and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, honesty, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
