Restaurant Cashier (2 positions)

About the role

The Rainbow Towers Hotel is seeking two enthusiastic Restaurant Cashiers to join its Food & Beverage team. In this onsite role you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling orders and payments while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service in a timely manner.
• Greet guests, take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Handle cash and electronic sales transactions, ensuring correct billing.
• Reconcile daily cash registers and post bills after each shift.
• Collect guest feedback and address any service issues.
• Promote high standards of service excellence throughout the dining area.

Required profile

• Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
• 2-3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong planning, attention to detail and honesty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
