Principal Registered Agent – Real Estate

About the role

The Principal Registered Agent is a full‑time, on‑site leader responsible for overseeing core real‑estate agency operations at Dingamuzi Real Estate in Harare. You will guide property listings, client advisory, and transaction compliance while fostering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property listings, coordinate viewings, and advise clients on sales and rentals.
• Ensure all transactions comply with Zimbabwean property laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior agents to maintain consistent performance.
• Conduct market research, oversee property valuations, and review contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate agency operations, preferably in a senior or principal role.
• In‑depth knowledge of local property laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership ability to coach and manage a team of agents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office and real‑estate software, including digital listing platforms and basic productivity tools.
