Marketing & Sales Representative – Harare

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Representative to promote our products and services in Harare. The role combines strategic marketing planning with active sales outreach to grow our client base and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Prospect new sales leads, pitch products and services, and schedule client visits.
• Manage social media accounts, website, blog and other content‑marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.
• Track sales data, analyse trends and pricing, and produce regular performance reports.
• Set team targets, monitor progress and ensure quota achievement.
• Assist in brand management and the creation of marketing materials.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, client relationship management and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan, organise and conduct market research and analysis.
• Creative mindset with a focus on developing marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
