Marketing & Branding Manager – Global E‑Commerce & Distribution

About the role

The One Per cent Club Global is seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives across its international e‑commerce and distribution projects. This fully remote position supports a portfolio that spans consumer goods, lifestyle services, education, and digital commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with market access and growth objectives.
• Plan, launch, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing and content strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Support market positioning and distribution planning for B2B and B2C channels.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, engage stakeholders, and mentor talent.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, or related project coordination.
• Strong English communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Proven analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability within structured systems.
• Experience with digital marketing, brand management, or distribution environments is advantageous.
• Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
