HR Assistant

About the role

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources team while also handling property and fleet administration for a fast‑growing organization. You will ensure smooth rent collection, vehicle management, canteen services and compliance with HSE and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company houses: rent invoicing, follow‑up on payments, levy checks and reconciliation of monthly rent.
• Oversee vehicle fleet (≈42 cars): issue/return, service scheduling, fuel allocation, licensing, disposals/acquisitions, asset register updates and accident documentation.
• Coordinate canteen operations, purchase groceries and distribute supplies.
• Perform HR administration tasks: filing, access‑card management, immigration permits, labour hearing minutes, new‑employee induction, exit checklists and termination paperwork.
• Create purchase orders in My eProc, submit payment requests via EDMS and conduct basic due‑diligence on service providers.
• Maintain contracts with external providers (taxis, cleaning, labour broking, property management) ensuring they remain valid.
• Support HSE compliance and uphold the Total Code of Conduct, especially confidentiality.

Required profile

• Social Science or Human Resources degree with a recognized professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with My eProc procurement system.
• Experience using EDMS for payment and document management.
