Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and grooming standards at all times.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and menus to answer guest inquiries.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment accurately and follow related procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies, maintain a safe work area, and respect guest privacy when entering rooms.
• Check corridors for trays after room‑service orders and clean/break down trays in the dish area.
• Participate in training meetings to continuously develop professional skills.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work alongside all hotel departments.
• Commitment to following hotel policies, safety guidelines, and personal grooming standards.
• Strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and menu offerings.
• Willingness to assist with tasks outside normal duties to achieve guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
