About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Avani Victoria Falls Resort, you will be part of a vibrant hospitality team dedicated to delivering warm, genuine service. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring their dining experiences are smooth, enjoyable, and reflect the resort’s locally inspired cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to provide timely and seamless service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Follow all safety and security policies, especially when entering guest rooms.
• Set up, clean, and break down trays in the dish area, ensuring all condiments are stocked.
• Learn and correctly operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment, adhering to established procedures.
• Maintain personal grooming standards and adhere to hotel policies and SOPs.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve professional skills and guest satisfaction.
