You will work closely with all hotel departments to deliver prompt, courteous, and high‑quality hospitality in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to guarantee timely service and smooth operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and personal grooming standards.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment correctly and follow related procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and dish areas, and restock condiments as needed.
• Respect guest privacy by following strict security measures when entering rooms.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve professional skills and guest satisfaction.
