Join Avani Victoria Falls Resort as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering warm, attentive service in a vibrant hospitality environment. You will support guests throughout their stay, ensuring smooth operations and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to provide timely service and maintain smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and personal grooming standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest inquiries.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Execute reasonable work‑related requests from managers or supervisors to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized at all times.
• Develop thorough knowledge of menus and use Point of Sale (POS) equipment correctly.
• Observe strict security measures when entering guest rooms to protect guest privacy.
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Check corridors for trays after room‑service deliveries and clean/break down trays in the dish area.
