Fintech Ecosystems and Partners Business Consultant

About the role

ZB Financial Holdings is seeking an experienced and dynamic Fintech Ecosystem and Partners Business Consultant to join its Digital Platforms and Ecosystems team. The role involves identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships to expand the Group's digital and financial services footprint, drive new revenue streams and enhance customer value propositions across banking, insurance and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic fintech ecosystem strategy aligned with the Group's digital and business goals.
• Define partnership models (revenue share, API‑based, co‑creation, marketplace) and build business cases for new fintech opportunities.
• Shape the Group's fintech strategy across digital payments, lending, open banking, embedded finance and platform solutions.
• Establish and maintain an open‑banking and API strategy, including monetisation, developer engagement and third‑party access frameworks.
• Lead end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle management: opportunity identification, due diligence, negotiation, contracting and onboarding.
• Run innovation sandboxes, hackathons and co‑creation labs with fintechs and start‑ups to accelerate solution development.
• Maintain ecosystem governance, data‑sharing agreements, API standards and third‑party risk management in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor global fintech trends, benchmark the Group's strategy and report on partnership performance, revenue contribution and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in fintech partnerships, ecosystem management, open banking or digital financial services, preferably within banking or a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute fintech or digital ecosystem strategies and partnership models.
• Experience engaging with regulators, industry bodies or innovation sandboxes on fintech and open‑banking matters is an advantage.
