Evaluation Specialist

About the role

The Evaluation Specialist will join Job Connect’s on‑site team in Harare to measure the impact of recruitment programs, platform features and related initiatives. You will design data‑collection tools, analyse outcomes and turn insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement quantitative and qualitative data‑collection instruments for program evaluation.
• Conduct research, analyse recruitment outcomes and monitor key performance indicators.
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for product, marketing and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to interpret findings and identify improvement areas.
• Review user feedback, participate in evaluation meetings and present insights that guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with experience handling quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in research and evaluation methods for programs or processes.
• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly.
• Relevant academic background in social sciences, statistics, business or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with recruitment, HR or talent‑management environments is a plus.
