About the role

Delphini Education Consultancy is seeking two motivated Education Counsellors to provide personalized guidance to students aspiring to study abroad in destinations such as Europe, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Offer tailored counselling to students on university placement, visa processes, and study‑abroad options.
• Utilise the company’s CRM system and related applications to manage student interactions and track progress.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information on partner institutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or a related advisory role.
• Graduate degree with strong English communication skills.
• Passion for guiding students and promoting international education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
