Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems. In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting under the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support data and economic analysis for the AESPP Boost programme.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, and evidence synthesis.
• Monitor indicators and prepare results reporting and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and dashboard preparation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
