B2B Sales Executive (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

Calls Experts is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to work remotely on EST hours. You will generate qualified business opportunities for our closing team across AI, finance and marketing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospect and qualify B2B leads.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover needs and create sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM and track key performance indicators.
• Follow up with prospects, support the sales process and assist in moving deals toward closure.
• Keep accurate customer records, spreadsheets and sales data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proven experience speaking with decision‑makers; SaaS or technology sales background is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and dialer systems.
• High work ethic, accountability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.

What we offer

• Base salary of $700 USD per month.
• Performance bonus up to $500 USD per month.
