Missions principales

• Design, model, and oversee the production of detailed engineering drawings and installations for multi-platform aircraft programs.
• Interpret complex aeronautical technical specifications to ensure high-standard compliance.
• Provide critical technical support to production operations and resolve structural and systems-related issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Stress, Materials & Processes, Systems, Flight Science, and Quality departments.
• Lead technical projects and drive productivity improvement initiatives while respecting strict deadlines and budgets.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior colleagues.
• Monitor manufacturing, assembly, and installation phases to ensure design integrity.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in mechanical design within the aerospace or high-tech industry.
• Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and manage complex technical interfaces.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and mentor team members.
