About the role

Global Crunch Enterprise is seeking a part‑time, remote Hiring Manager to lead the recruitment and selection process for a variety of positions. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for multiple roles.
• Source candidates, review applications and resumes, and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and manage candidate communication.
• Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Maintain accurate hiring records and use digital tools to manage pipelines.
• Monitor service quality throughout the recruitment process and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding activities and identify training needs related to hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hiring and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership.
• Background in service quality, ensuring consistent professional stakeholder experiences.
• Experience delivering training on recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
