Marketing Executive – Educational Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Marketing Executive to promote and grow adoption of our educational products in primary and secondary schools across Zimbabwe. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with school administrators, educators and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for primary and secondary education markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and educators.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Visit schools, conduct product presentations and engage key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve defined sales targets and report on performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience conducting market research and developing marketing strategies.
• Proven sales abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus.
