Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your hands‑on experience to review, improve, and document logistics processes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that showcases industry best practices.
• Assess current supply‑chain workflows and recommend practical improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating data sets and ensuring relevance.
• Help create training materials that reflect current standards and real‑world challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on logistics and supply‑chain experience, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
