Guest Services Agent

About the role

As a Guest Services Agent at Avani Victoria Falls Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the warm, attentive hospitality that defines the Avani brand. You will ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries in a helpful, AVANI‑style manner.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s rooms, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, health club and related promotions.
• Take personal responsibility for the quality of guest service, ensuring it meets AVANI’s high standards at all times.
• Address guest satisfaction issues promptly and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Suggest proactive, innovative alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
• Build harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Participate in hotel events, daily shift briefings and ongoing training to improve professional skills.
