Director, Product Growth

About the role

Roofr is seeking a Director of Product Growth to lead the intersection of product, data, and go‑to‑market strategy. You will own the activation and expansion pathways that keep contractors engaged, translate product signals into sales conversations, and enhance the self‑serve experience for SMB users.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the hybrid sales‑assist and self‑serve motion by identifying product signals that trigger sales outreach and building playbooks that convert those signals into pipeline.
• Drive activation and expansion by owning the in‑product experience that delivers fast value to new contractors and designing loops that increase multi‑product adoption.
• Grow self‑serve revenue across transactional and subscription products, with a focus on Measure+ and in‑product upgrade paths.
• Lead a cross‑functional Growth team (Engineering, Design, Data Science) and foster a rapid experimentation culture.
• Own and report on growth metrics that matter to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS, preferably vertical SaaS.
• Proven track record of scaling self‑serve and hybrid sales models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
