Contract Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role focuses on creating high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples that will feed an AI training dataset.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and refine templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents comply with current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality documents for inclusion in the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real‑world scenarios and work autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
