Associate Director, National Accounts

About the Role

Join a leading financial institution as an Associate Director, National Accounts, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the automotive sector. You will manage high-value portfolios, including automotive dealer groups, leasing companies, and truck dealerships, acting as a strategic partner in their financing journey.

Main Missions

• Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of national accounts, specifically targeting automotive dealer groups and leasing companies.
• Perform complex financial analysis and sophisticated financial modeling to support credit decisions.
• Draft comprehensive credit memos and detailed written analyses for senior management review.
• Collaborate closely with Managing Directors to identify and capture new financing opportunities.
• Lead client working sessions and provide expert advisory services to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by maintaining excellence in client relationship management.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in corporate banking, commercial lending, or financial analysis within the automotive or leasing industry.
• Strong ability to interpret complex financial statements and build robust financial models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
