Academic Project – Automated Classification of ECG Images Using Deep Learning Techniques

Collaborated in a four‑student team to develop a Python desktop prototype that classifies ECG images into four clinical categories. Handled a dataset of 11,148 labeled ECG images, performed image preprocessing, model evaluation and structured documentation. Integrated a user interface for ECG uploads, prediction of classes with probability scores, and automated PDF report generation. Utilized Python, CSV datasets and basic data visualization, delivering a functional prototype for academic evaluation.
