About the role
The Relationship Manager – E‑Commerce will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and high‑value retail clients, promoting the bank’s digital and electronic commerce solutions. You will work within the Digital Banking and Alternative Channels Division to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular client visits, resolve issues promptly and ensure client retention.
- Increase revenue by expanding transactional volumes and wallet share.
- Promote, cross‑sell and upsell bank products and digital solutions.
- Gather, analyse and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and oversee proper acquisition and safekeeping of onboarding documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Studies, Economics or a related field from a recognised institution.
- Professional qualification in Electronic Commerce, Digital Banking, Project Management or similar is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relationship management, preferably within financial services or a large commercial environment.
- Strong client relationship, business development, data analysis and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
