Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Clinical Care

About the role

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our clinical team and help deliver high‑quality nursing care across our services. The successful candidate will be registered, reliable, and able to support patient care activities in line with professional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional and social needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, perform wound care and manage medical equipment.
• Maintain professional standards while handling basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in General Nursing.
• Valid registration with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
