Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Manager to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Kwekwe. The role focuses on ensuring projects and operational activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects and operational initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with program leads to align project goals with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation throughout the delivery process.

Required profile

• Strong program management and consulting experience, capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities to maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proven analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
• Relevant experience in project delivery, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
